Minggu lepas, sambil menunggu waktu boarding pesawat ke KL, aku sempat melepak dekat gate 14 Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang. Untuk pengetahuan semua, gate 14 ni dikhaskan untuk semua penerbangan firefly. Nasib aku baik coz time tu airport penang x busy lagi..

[Silent Mode] Dalam minggu ni aku berada dalam keadaan silent, kerana aku ditugaskan menjadi Team Leader di Depoh Bas Rapid KL Shah Alam. Tugas aku hanya memantau dan memastikan proses audit berjalan lancar. Proses stocktake ini dijalankan setahun sekali. So aku telah dipilih sebagai wakil dari Rail Project Department.

Jutaan terima kasih kepada semua staff yang bertugas dibawah kelolaan aku, sesungguhnya korang semua mmg best dan gempak giler. Ni pengalaman pertama aku mengurus satu pasukan yang dianggotai oleh staf-staf senior. Kepada Abg Zim, Pak Cik Rahman, Abg Zainudin, Farid, Khairul, Ishak, Azram dan semua terima kasih sekali lagi.

To all my friends and colleagues in RapidKL,

As most of you know by now, RapidKL will not be extending my employment contract and therefore I shall be leaving the company at the end of December 2008.
Due to outstanding Annual Leave, my last day in the office will be Friday 19th December.

I have been working with the LRT since the design and construction stage in 1997 and I am proud to be associated with the great achievements of you all in operating and maintaining such fine LRT systems.
My working colleagues who visit from overseas always give very positive comments regarding our systems compared to their experiences elswhere.

We have come along way since the 15,000 pax per day on the PUTRA line !!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, friendship and commitment to work that has helped to make my time here so pleasant..

I shall remain in touch with most of you since in my new job with Halcrow Consultants I shall be responsible for the systems design for the Ampang Line Extension Project for the next 4 years.
